Mix Master is an easy game to pick up but a difficult game to master. Players start by selecting an elemental type, such as Water or Fire, and then building a deck of God cards which have that element. Each turn players use their God cards to attack their opponent, draw new cards from their deck, or use an ability to strengthen their current hand of cards. The goal is to win points by reducing your opponent's life points to 0.
Mix Master offers a range of modes to choose from. Single Player Mode offers players the chance to battle against AI opponents to hone their skills. Versus Mode allows players to face each other online or on a local network. The tournament-style Coliseum Mode pits players against each other in a battle royale to become the champion. Lastly, the Event Mode offers unique rewards and special events.
